My window well floods when it rains. What's wrong?+
Usually the well drain is clogged, undersized, or missing, or the ground around it slopes toward the house. We diagnose which and fix the drainage so it stops pooling.
Can you come out quickly if water is getting in?+
Active water intrusion moves to the front of our schedule. Call us and we'll get out to assess it as soon as we can.
Do you fix the leak inside too?+
We fix the cause outside and reseal the window or door as needed. For finished-drywall repairs we'll either do it ourself or connect you with someone who can.
